What is Fasted cardio?
The common training principle of doing cardio “on and empty stomach” to burn more fat is long held method. The theory is that if training on “no carbs” your body will use fat as the fuel source. This is dependant on the type of training being done. If the exercise intensity is moderate, fat will be the preferred substrate. 

However, from a comfort point of view, it is often preferred to train fist thing in the morning. Which leaves you susceptible for putting your body in a catabolic state. Therefor we have included muscle sparing HMB and glutamine to prevent muscle loss whilst training.

What is Garcinia Cambogia?
The hydroxycitric acid in Garcinia Cambogia (GC) appears to block an enzyme called citrate lyase, which your body uses to make fat. It also raises levels of the brain chemical serotonin, which may make you feel less hungry. GC is shown to reduce abdominal fat in people who have the visceral fat accumulation type of obesity, with no rebound effect. GC may be useful for the prevention and reduction of accumulation of visceral fat.

What is HMB?
β-Hydroxy β-methylbutyric acid (HMB) is derived from leucine, most commonly used for building muscle or preventing muscle loss. Effective dose is 3g per day for average-size individuals, approx 38mg per kg of body weight is optimal.  Recommended to take before exercise to help reduce muscle damage, or immediately after your muscle-building workout or training session. Or take once before & again after.

What is L-carnitine?
L-carnitine is an amino acid that helps fuel the mitochondria (engines) of the cells. Research has shown L-carnitine supplementation had a dramatically increase in resting energy expenditure (REE) and fat-burning capacity than non users. In a review of nine studies of people with obesity, researchers found that participants taking L-carnitine lost about 2.9 more pounds (1.3 more kilograms) than those who didn’t. The effective dose starts at approx 2g with 3g being more beneficial.
